After last encounters with my ex which were bad experiences(loss of erection due to anxiety? condoms? PIED?) I have began to see sex as not enjoyable and pleasurable because of i dont really get anything other than embarrasament, anxiety, shame and thus it made see sex something to avoid for own sake and thus i have just been masturbating to porn but now im trying to get rid of that. So basically Im quite unconfident about myself and fearful of yet another disappointment and embarrasament towards myself and my partner, so yeah any tips to boost my confidence and what could i change towards my attention towards sex and how not to worry so much during intercourse that it might happen again and i wont be able to perform etc?

    Viagra works.
No confidence required .......... hard for 2-4 hours on one tablet.

Are you sure it's anxiety related? I mean, yeah, a few bad experiences with ED will set you up for performance anxiety, which can cause ED, but are you certain that is the initial cause of your ED? You mentioned jerking off to porn, but there is mounting evidence showing that excessive masturbation to high speed internet porn is causing a lot of the ED seen in a growing number of young men these days. Google porn induced erectile dysfunction. Jerking off to porn will not help your problem, but possibly make it worse.

Well yeah i have figured that out as well(porn is bad atleast for me), but thing is what bothers me is for not reading or learning about porn or ED when i was with her and now it is Late, yeah bummer but i was too ego or too shy and embarrased and all thanks to porn which caused to me think and ruined my brain, that i was only one having this problem and i was inadequate or i have physical problems even though I didnt, man f*ck that porn for what it had done to me and made me numb, shy, embarrased and passive about the ED problem in my relationship and it ruined my relationship but yeah tough Luck Still thanks for suggesting me tips :)

It is depressing to think i was so ignorant that time, but atleast i have enough now to not ruin my next relationship and aadress this problem If it should occur again and not just ignore it or wont talk about, but hey i was young and inexperienced.

You need to find a freak that wants to find out how to awaken your cock. I had sort ofan ED problem before until i found out what i like and how i like it.

A friend told me his ex had no-sex issues but she wanted to fix it. (wow!)
So the doctor prescribed Prometrium for her. He said "sometimes you should be careful what you wish for).
Made a raging nymphomaniac out of her!

Masturbation is incredible and certainly does not reduce pleasure when you are with your partner in my humble opinion.
If anything it makes you perform at a higher level.

I am not a woman but I believe a powered dildo may bring a woman to a higher level than a man could ever bring (perhaps I am wrong and if so I would like feed back) therefore self manipulation without tools beyond straight dildo for woman and males (anal) I believe with only help not hinder performance when you are alone or with your partner

    My two cents - Cheers!!
