A solid, entertaining thriller! I am sure most of you have gulped down this movie happily. I'm not sure if the idea of people being involved with an online dare game is original, but the story seems to be well developed and flowed nicely. The reviews point towards commending both Dave Franco and Emma Roberts to be worthy leads having great chemistry together.

The complicated truth is that the Internet’s dangers are entwined with its pleasures, the allure of instant fame, the illusion of contact with masses of people. Nerve is the first movie to capture all that, and the result is a successful and memorable thriller.

This is about what I expected with a film involving Dave Franco and Emma Roberts. It appeals heavily towards the preteen to college age crowd, and couldn't have come out at a better time with the Pokemon Go craze still terrorizing the world. The concept of the movie is interesting and it's definitely a new idea, at least from what I can remember. The acting is okay, the script is a little cheesy at times, but overall it's an entertaining movie that kept my attention.
