The sun is opposite our sign, now and for the next 4 weeks. As a result of that, we'll need more sleep than usual.

I'm not an Aries but I feel like I could sleep for days.

One of my best friends is an Aries. Its a pretty good sign, but libras are my favorite. They balance my mercurial nature.

Fyi, not that anyone asked lol

Leonardo di caprio

I wonder if that's his name, or he is just really into Astrology

And his name is actually Nardo do Caprio.

What I am really curious about after this post is if you really believe those astrological aspects influence people (even when they're not aware of astrology or their sign)? I would think not at first.

Well if you want to study astrology, the current political scene will give you plenty of food for thought if viewed with the current planetary aspects in mind.

I am talking mundane astrology of the every day, not bull crap 'predictions' as seen in newspapers and online.

A few clues for you - Pluto influences things to do with regeneration and death of the old... see how it is working behind the scenes.

Saturn, the teacher, has to figure out everything and will help expose those things hidden from you...

Uranus has many surprises as you may know personally... LOL!

And Neptune's dreams may hold the secrets you need to unlock the key to all this...

It's all in the stars, planets and in your mind of course... but that's what it is.

I think astrology is fun but I don't take it seriously.

I do think some people fit their signs very well, but probably only because I'm focusing on certain personality traits in terms of their sign. If they were another sign I would probably find other personality traits to fit the sign.

What's your sign?

Yawn.....I'm on the cusp of aires and taurus but I have been feeing a bit more tired than usual these last few days. Maybe though it's simply because I've been staying up later than usual. Hard to imagine that a twelfth of the world's population would be experiencing the same thing.

On the flip side, the moon's orbit and gravitational pull has a whole bunch of stuff to do with our evolutionary progress from the dawn of (earth) time.

Constellations that far away no.

But the moon, sun, rest of our solar system does effect our moods in a way.

I need more sleep, and yet I'm having trouble sleeping.

I thought maybe the feng shui in my room was off, so I've spent the last 3 days learning about feng shui and rearranging everything. And still, no sleep.

Is it because of school? I don't know. I am utterly exhausted.

Probably.

Anyways, I've going to bed at 1 am and getting up at 6 am for the past few days.

I'm exhausted before dinner time if I do that on work days! Happily I only have 2 teehee :D I often try to get in bed at midnight then because if I go earlier I can't sleep (because in my weekly routine I rarely go sleep before 1 am as well)

So it could be change of routine, lack of activity (seems not the case with Ash), lack of pot (that's just counts for me :P), etc.

I know you only joking

But current best theory for how life first started on earth is chemoautotrophs in tidal pools; concentrated solutions as a result of quick evaporation left on rocks in tidal pools is whats needed for the rna to copy......the moon was the metronome for that

At least one astrological body that did influence everything

Constellations a couple squillion light years away though, complete nonsense ;)

Yes, the moon does affect humans and other animals. I (reluctantly :P) acknowledge your point in your reaction to Irmi ;)

i've never believed "influence" was an accurate or logical terminology.  more a matter of coincidence of probability.

in other words that these things indicatively coincide.  and not in ways that are linearly absolute.

that someone (or some bunch more like it) back in greek times or earlier,

compiled statistics on what people born at different times of year most often did at the same times those lights in the sky were in different positions.
