I've said before that Trump will march us to war. Mrs. Clinton will do exactly as Mr. Clinton did to keep the peace, pay lots of bribes. During that 8 years of "peace" the people who want to kill Americans the most will be tooling up, probably with a lot of the bribe money.

So either way, the US will be going to war. Either now, or a decade from now.

 

How about they stay out of Iran's territorial waters then...?

Maybe this is his motivation. However, this lot was not captured from a destroyer. They were caught because they ran out of fuel and drifted across the line. Hardly a worrisome incursion. But at least they got a chance to humiliate some Americans, so, win-win, right?

 

I have a hard time taking anything Trump says seriously. There won't be any wall to the south, 11 million illegals are not going to be deported, our outdated infrastructure won't be repaired...I think this is just more of his bs. He'll say anything that he thinks will sound good to his base.

 

Trump says lots of weird things... Like every time he opens his mouth, weird comes out of it.

The real problem is there are idiots out there that fall for it.

 

When it comes to this area of the presidency I think Hillary will win simply for being in that photo of everyone gathered around watching Bin Laden get shot in the head.

When it comes to military might Hillary represents deploying drones, black ops, cold calculated stuff.

Perhaps, but this whole election cycle is a hold-yer-nose marathon. On one side we have deeply entrenched dynastic political establishment. On the other side we have the epitome of greed, arrogance and every measure of corporate graft. I'm glad you think the choice is so clear cut, I do not. Both are playing such a phony game that I am praying for something obvious to happen before November, either way. At this point I see two children bickering and lots of bravado. I've yet to hear an actual solution to anything from either of them.

That is the most perplexing part of all this though, how does one even begin to conceive that such statements will elevate one's image? Often I read these things and I stop and actually strongly consider that it may very likely simply be negative propaganda being perpetuated by the other camp, only to later confirm that there was indeed no effort being made by his rivals to fabricate such material, the credit going all to himself.

 

I just saw that you edited this post... No, Trump was never "happening for me". Never meaning long long before he even considered running for president. The guy is a total moron. Always has been, always will be.

 

I am so glad I don't vote or pay attention to the political circus..it's quite ridiculous actually.

 

unless you live in a few certain states, voting in the general is kind of pointless. well, not TOTALLY, because there's always a chance that the trend could change, but there is a trend, and the electoral votes from my state will always be the same, no matter what i vote, or anyone else. If you want your vote to count and you're in a red state (or if you want to vote republican and live in a blue state, same thing) you might as well just move so you can vote in a different state. Does your vote count any more though in that case, not exactly, since that state would have voted what it did anyway.
