Can I Take 60 Mg Of Tylenol 4 After .25Mg Xanax?

    I took .25 mg of Xanax because I had an SVT attack the night before and my heart rate was still out of control, so I figured Xanax would either help it calm down or make me sleep. Now it's almost 22 hours later, I have a pinched nerve also and could not sleep all night so I was wondering would I be able to take Tylenol 4, 22 hours after .25 mg Xanax? Thanks.
