The only Olympic sport I think is interesting to watch is gymnastics. The high dive is pretty cool too, actually. Basically I like when people jump in the air and contort their bodies in crazy ways.
I remember when I was 4 seeing Mary Lou Retton in the '84 Summer Olympics. I was fascinated by gymnastics!
I care. Not a whole lot but I have it on. Watched the US vs. Pol beach volleyball. Bike racing is on now. That sucks. I'm about to change it. I saw a boat tipped over in that nasty sewer water.
Love indoor volleyball. definitely gonna catch a few matches of that. The sprinting events are also awesome. right to the point.
I didnt realise they had womens rugby 7s this time. its actually pretty entertaining, some of the girls are huge, built like tanks I'm going to follow that, although already up to quarter finals
Oh, awesome try in the france v canada womens rugby game, one of the canuck chics runs half the field to touchdown (so you yanks understand)
Chick runs half the field to score the try. Considering the USA do in fact play rugby, I'm still fairly certain they call it a try like rest of world.
What's going on America? Seem to have a few first loser medals. and wow, usually China blows everyone off the field early with medals, go Australia. I'm gone wait patiently for the velodrome cycling. That's when the big Deutsch boys should step up a bit and usually do quite well in the rowing too. I see Poland already has a bronze. And I see Britain down the list doing diddly squat. Ha!
The USA play, but I doubt many of their citizens watch, US vs NZ is up next LOL at the fijian womans rugby team, thats some scary shit...and yet still looks like the UK girls are going to win This is awesome to watch, really getting into this, a bit more about speed an accuracy than the mens game, but at the same time, the girls aint gentle
I have never seen a rugby game being played here and have never even heard anyone talking about it. It is on some of the cable sports channels on a rare occasion but its never a game actually being played in the states.
