Is there anyone else here that finds in the age of the internet, with porn available at the touch of a button, it is just to easy to get addicted?

I think when i first started viewing porn, it started out quite healthy, however i think recently it may be getting out of control.

I am now constantly looking for more hardcore scenes, sexier females, it has actually taken over as my one main hobby outside of work.

I also think that porn in general is getting more hardcore, the girls now are getting absolutely fucked, sometimes so hard it is gobsmacking. I dont remember porn being quite like this just a few years ago.

I say this because I threw a sickie today becuase I was up until 3am playing LINE pop 2, a game on my phone thats a type of variation of candy crush, I've been addicted to that like crazy for about 2 months

So

A) What exactly is the difference between me and the OP in that regard, supposedly more destructive for him cos it has something to do with sex, porn. If I had started the same kind of thread, but instead I said I was up till that time playing a game on my phone, Would you have given the same kind of reply, the answer is likely no. Why do you think that is

B) Socializing in real life means spending money, having to smell them, having to cater to all those moods etc. Some would say that you need a certain of real life social friends. But does it make any kind of difference in the end between someone that goes out with real life friends 5 nights a week, compared to someone who goes out 1 night a week, compared to someone that might go out once every couple of months....we all seem to end up in the same place as we get older anyway

Just as likely that if the OP watches too much porn over the next decade he'll be more relaxed in real life with girls when he meets them, maybe more likely to end up with one based on if they do get along as companions rather than what her tits look like, becuase the night before he whacked it threes times over how many videos, also far less likely he ends up whipped becuase of that release.

Logically rather than morally is what I'm asking, why is him watching too much porn a bad thing?

 

I do find it a bit addicting. I have recently gotten addicted to being naked whenever i am home, and it try to arouse myself while being naked and obviously internet porn helps that. But instead of tyring to find sexier females and all, I'm always trying to find the REAL stuff....you know, where girls are really turned on and it isn't so obviously acting.

 

My dad introduced me to Playboy at 4. It warped my mind. My little town had porn everywhere available to anyone in the 70's and 80's. I wish they hadn't. I think they wanted to make sure we didn't turn out gay. Homosexuality was feared and hated back then. I don't wish porn on anyone. I've found that if I quickly take care of my biological needs as a male, I can move on to other things like sleep. My girlfriend has agreed to help by posing in bed. She's going through a sexless period. If she's not available, I go to Pinterest, where I have collected pictures of beauties. It's hard for me to get there if the image isn't of a knockout. It's odd that in real life, my taste in women is different. I don't know if anyone else experiences this, but it makes porn seem like a pursuit of the insane. Porn is like getting the daily news. Getting off is like any other daily maintenance. Works great for anxiety. I tend to trip from time to time when I don't get off.

Like with all things, moderation is the key. Early on I learned that time-management is essential when it comes to internet porn. I have the best desk chair that money can buy, but still ended up with a squeaky chair and chair sores in just two months time, and all because of internet porn. Plus it caused me to have to lie to the wife. I would be in my "writing room" and the wife would turn the door knob only to find it locked. "What are you doing in there?" she'd ask.

Of course, by that point the moment was gone and I was no longer in the mood. So not only did internet porn cause me to lie to my wife, but it also caused me to resent her because of her intrusions. So now I have a rule that I follow no matter what. Three and a half hours of internet porn a day is all I allow myself, except for Saturday nights. You gotta give yourself some leeway on your rules or you'll simply go nuts.

 

I used to watch a lot of porn online. Learn a few things, try a few things, looking for something new and different. I'd browse every day, watch cam girls too. Eventually I got over it. It wasn't interesting anymore.

I look back on the times where porn seemed so influential to me. I think of those times as lonely sad. All those hours I coulda had my fingers in my own girl, coulda been experiencing something new and different with her. In the end there was no excuses. Instead of worrying about what I want to experience, I just went and experienced it all instead.

I won't fall under the spell of porn any longer. I find it distasteful in many ways now.
