If a guy is seen nude in public, he's apt to be considered a pervert
If a gal is seen nude in public, she's apt to be seen as daring.

You never will, too many prudes and perverts, it's how we protect our selves and others, it's how we were shown.

A couple weeks ago there was a photo that surfaced of Bieber in his calvin kleins with a semi....was all over the internet. Mostly teenage girls and gay guys that only paid attention.

You are not going to be seen as a pervert if you look like Bieber, but only around 1 in 1000 guys do

If a gal is nude in public she is seen as daring? By who? If you saw your mom nude in public would "daring" be the first word that comes to mind?

You are only talking about the girls you'd be interested in seeing nude, likely you dont even notice all the others

If any of my kids saw me nude in public they'd probably think "gawd...she's off on one again!" They used to see me sunbathing nude all the time, up until they chose the time to stop coming to the beach with hubby & me.

I wouldn't immediately think either a guy or a girl naked in public are daring or perverts, i would merely think "stop behaving like an exhibitionist" if it was not on a naturist beach or somewhere that has a CO rule.

 

This is purely a neutral statement that has nothing to do with how I see things or not.
what I'm trying to discover here is the difference between how a naked women and a naked man are perceived by the public.

I guess my point is doesn't really matter how you see things.

It's how the majority of everyone else does.

Too many pervy weirdo guys out there, so you kind of have to pay the price for them anyway, whether you like it or not. Especially places like nudist beaches when it's dozens of guys lurking in the bushes with binoculars and all the heads pop up on the rare occasion some young girl has been dragged along by her boyfriend

it wasnt so long ago (maybe 75 years) that it was totally normal for males and kids to go swimming naked in public....and women were covered up from knee to elbow

now its almost the opposite of that

True. I think the main reason is because most guys like to/want to see naked girls walking around in public, and most women do not want to see that. There is a gender bias, because the genders are so different. (Not taking into consideration of what the male or female looks like nude.)
