What Did You Clean Today

I cleaned my room a bit when I got home from work. It was getting a bit disastrous and I just couldn't relax until some of the mess was gone.

 

Ugh the bath tub was full of ants so I rinsed them all down the drain, poured bleach down it and then cleaned the bath tub. We normally have a small sugar ant problem in the summer but it was just covered in them! Now I'm worried...

 

Major Vacuuming Today while Julia is at her Mums and cleaned the Tv Dvd Satellite Thingy !

 

Sweep, mop, dust and polish some furniture, wipe kitchen counters, clean the sink and toilet. I also cleaned out that random cupboard everyone has where all the random junk with no real place of it's own ends up.

 

I had those come out and cover my kitchen counters twice. I sprayed them with tea tree oil and water. They didn't come back.

I was scared too.

 

Last night, I moved my coffee making stuff to the counter top on the opposite side of those. It works alot better now and it still leaves an area to pour cold drinks from the fridge right in front of the coffee making stuff.

That puts the toaster oven over in the deep corner of the counter tops, near the big oven/stove, so that works better too.


Also, I cleaned out my purse while I'm waiting to go meet my daughter for lunch.

 

Vinegar worked perfectly!

 

I cleaned the cats' litter box, it was disgusting.

 

Try it with 12 cats inside.

 

I've washed 4 loads of clothes. Now I get to go do cat litter pans.

The outside cat has a litter pan on the porch, even though she is outside (or on the porch, as she wants) until 9pm every day/night. Apparently she would rather use the litter pan on the porch than do anything in the whole big back yard. gah

i use vinegar once in a while in a laundry load....it doesnt need to be empty it doesnt hurt the clothes

 

Yay I am glad, I just saw where you asked about the detergent tray, sorry I didn't answer in time but glad you figured it out haha

 

It's great to get odors out of laundry and it loosens the fibers so things like pet hair will wash out more easily.

 

I actually washed a load of whites earlier with a mix of Dr. Bronner's and white vinegar. They came out looking very white!

 

Sunday Morning And I'm Half Way Through The Weeks Washing.........Then I Start The Vaccuming.......

I've got some clothes washing. Other than that, I'm not feeling the cleaning right now.

 

I changed the bedding in Emma's crate.

 

I'm tempted to stay up half the night rearranging and organizing the kitchen cabinets but I think I'm starting to get sleepy.

I started moving my spices from the cupboard to a drawer. I'm going to like this!

 

I vacuumed out a 480V 200A 3Φ electrical disconnect (at work) and cleaned the kitchen sink (at home).
