That's bullshit to say that about cancer survivors.
My mom is a breast cancer survivor, she had mastectomies & that's a big deal.  It's gotta be traumatizing to go through removing body parts.  Neither of my parents are going to die with all the parts they were born with.  Dad lost a leg due to diabetes.

I worry I will get all the shit both of them had.  Getting older day by day too!

I had a great aunt that dodged all those bullets until she was 92, then had a fall, within the space of 6 weeks she went from one that could be described as in great shape for her age, all the mental faculaties intact.....to dead, bedridden for just a few weeks, that is all it took for her body to start eating her alive

Still nasty whichever way it goes

My mum went through breast cancer twice, mastectomies the second time, all with little to no fuss (the first time my idiot father actually freaked out like a little girl and left her for a brief period).

I'm not sure what there is to really go on about, not much you can do except follow the process. Not like you really have much choice

I wouldnt have any sypmathy for the crowd funders have had good jobs in their lifetime but never saved.

I have to admit, I dont really have any sympathy for type 2 diabetics

I have to second the decaffeinated coffee bit from the OP.  What's the point of that crap?

And the gluten free thing.  It's AHmazing how many people are suddenly sensitive to gluten.

But I think astrology is fun.  And sometimes, but not often, I eat tofu.

That sounds like my mom. She had cancer twice and the second time removed the sources. Now on diabetes, type 2 just means adult onset. Not everyone gets it from being fat. My dad was very skinny and his mom was also skinny. Both had adult onset diabetes. Dad lost a leg because he smoked combined with the diabetes. Grandma lived to be in her 80's and smoked much of her life. But like me she weighed her food, which is a must when watching sugar, calories, or anything in food

There are a few of those.

I watched Central Intelligence last night, the Rock was pretty good in it actually.

But Kevin Hart, I previously didnt mind him, but in this movie its like OMG dude, shut the fuck up. He was in high pitches motormouth mode the whole movie

2. Being sick

Being sick is not always a waste of time. It can be time to re-evaluate your and maybe come up with different priorities.

Some laws:

In the state of Ohio it is legal to sell fireworks however many of those sold are not legal to set off in the state of Ohio.  You have to remove them from the state within 48 hours.

I have no idea if they are legal to set off in surrounding states.

Whole thing seems stupid to me.

I am with George Carlin who says that golf courses and cemetaries are a waste of land.

Golf like all other forms of sport is completely pointless.

For me sports are completely  pointless....yes....but for some people they are not.....

The money some of these sports people get is mind boggling, but that is this world for you.
