Obama already has unlimited military powers, or at least far more than any president before him.

 

that's sort of already in the constitution. its also sort of the only thing a president actually can do, besides lecture congress and sign or veto legislation. that and nominate supreme court justices when an existing one keels over.

sorry i don't see how that falls under conspiracy, unless you want to call the constitution one.
