Rules Of Fashion? Is It A Thing?

Most people that I know that seem to be able to just throw together an outfit and look great it is because they feel good in it. When it feels good I think it gives confidence to the person wearing it.

 

I suppose if you wear somethig that is fashionable, but simply doesn't suit you exactly it won't make you any good anyway... So I'm more following articles like, what's better for this or that body-type.
