having to buy things made under conditions i would never want to have to live under myself

Sadness is when I post a picture on Facebook and it doesn't get any likes. I feel like such a loser when that happens.

 

January is the middle of our summer here

The start of this month we had like 120mm in three days, and this week weve just finished another bout of downpours.

Freaked out how much its messing with my mojo

January should mean hanging down at the beach in the speedos, bitching about how hot it is, not stuck indoors watching reruns

 

Hearing the simple things people get upset with, when I'm watching the little one have so many needles, and telling her the sickness she feels, will be made better by having them!

I recently tried to contact an old friend, we had drifted apart with our lives going in completely different directions. I wanted to tell her something very important about an event that happened the last time we saw each other, only to discover that she had passed away a couple of months ago........ :-(

Sadness makes for beautiful poetry.

 

Yeah, there is that, TD...i was just reading some sadness quotes. One said sadness is just a tantrum....sometimes....but not always....as with the loss of a loved one ....death.....or abandonment...as well...and maybe you hate yourself for not doing and saying the things you should have when you had the chance.......not because you lost at chess or something...that can be a tantrum....and i cannot find any quotes that really hit home for me tonight. However, I did find this one....which is an ok quote....
I can be pretty melancholy.....but I always try to balance that out....the finn in me(they are stoic) is fighting with the irish and Scotch in me, always(they wanna dance and play)....lol

or sadness over the commercials of tortured, sad animals, and things like that.....breaks my heart....but that kind of sadness turns to anger....at the cruelty of some people.

 

Sadness is physical pain.....that won't go away......
