Pe Issues - Any Tips?

Hi guys, 23yo male and I've hooked up with a lot of girls (80-100) in the last 5 years or so but didn't have sex until a few months ago. When I did, I lasted less than 15 seconds during oral and the same during vaginal sex.

I realised I had never really touched the tip of my penis when masturbating so it was very sensitive. Recently I've started touching it a lot more and it's become a lot less sensitive but I still have PE issues.

When masturbating I can last 5-10 minutes but when I'm with a girl, I only last 15 seconds or so.

Any tips?
