lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, betrayers, headstrong, puffed up with pride
No, all people. Talk to older people. People have become way worse now. The breakdown of families, no natural affection between humans. As people, we are more isolated and angry as ever. Don't believe it?
Brothers will fight and kill each other, sisters' children will defile kinship. It is harsh in the world, whoredom rife —an axe age, a sword age —shields are riven— a wind age, a wolf age— before the world goes headlong. No man will have mercy on another. From the Völuspá (The poetic Edda) The prelude to Ragnarök
You should start a church. There's good money in it. Hey--I'm serious. There are 3 religious stations I get with rabbit ears---they sound like you--they say the same things---day after day after day after---
Old people romanticize the past, no surprise there. As far as the break down of families, are you referring to how teenage girls aren't sent away anymore to have their babies in isolation and shame and forced to give it up for adoption? Or do you mean how women aren't forced to stay married to men who terrorize and brutalize them? Or no, you must mean how gay men dont have to marry women and live lies their entire lives anymore. Seriously, there have always been shitty people and good people. That is the reality of human nature. I recommend focusing on feeding your good wolf and stop worrying about the end of days.
If it's too loud, you're too old!! We'd always give daddy shit for the "oldern times" speeches. "You don't need any of these, bloody, fandangle tools in my day. You wanted to build a bridge you just bought your chalk line, hammer and tongs. These days they pull up with everything but the kitchen sink". Yep, and they put it up in fuck all time too. :d
Hate to break it to you but it's like this with every generation. And it's been the "end days" for a few thousand years now.
