Starting April 23rd in Quebec,drivers younger than 25 caught texting will lose their license. I think THIS IS GOOD.. everytime i see a cop they are either on the computer or cell phone while driving....but they never get tickets
yeah this isnt a hick town they all have computers in their cars. funny thing is they dont have dash cams yet....doesnt take a genius to know why
Harsh summary punishments for things that could be pretty much made up, when people check the time or whatever plenty, and shouldn't lose their license for it? Free first world for ya.
We are not hick here, either....but I never see what cops are doing in their cars...They are usually just driving by and I barely see their faces from a distance.....
