Really, a lot of chubby women I know that are mildly attractive are only that because of their own mindset and insecurity. Not that I demand a woman is completely secure with herself in order to be attractive or dateable! It can even be cute or attractive in a way. But there is that degree of insecurity that is too much. That chronical incomplacent feeling about their own appearance that affects a persons personality. Not just a problem chubby women have of course, but it seems most apparent in a lot of them. With aobai's post in mind: yes this often shows in how they dress as well. Which also takes away from how dateable they appear to others, which if not properly communicated will just be assumed it is because she's chubby...

Well all I can about the subject is, "work with what you've got and be happy about it."

A girl I grew up with that was always a little bigger never let it effect her. Yeah she had a few pounds on her but not in an ugly way. But she was one of the few girls I knew that shaved everything and took pride is being clean and smelling nice all the time. She had a beautiful smile and loved kissing everybody. Guys loved her because she was just so damn adorable and lovely. It was the attitude.

Which pisses me off, because they're fucking gorgeous, but they're fucking covering all that beautifulness... with black, lots and lots of black. WTF? I can understand having mild to even moderate insecuities. I think it keeps people endearing and grounded. Also, with how life is... we all have suffered, so we're all going to have that tender spot... or spots because of it. But, you shouldn't have basically the level of insecurity I have. One reason being is because you have no right to be that insecure about your looks, because you're not fucking that far away from the ideal level of beauty, in other words you're not fucking ugly. Two being because it sucks for other people having to deal with you, as a lover, friend, family member, etc. And three being because you deserve better than that level of self suffering.

At one time the Ruebanesque women, (chubby) were the most desirable. Tastes change over time. Now we are bombarded by images of what we are supposed to like.
