How To Be Less Sexist Against Women?

i feel that some things i say are classed as sexist against woman. So as the title says how can i be less sexist against women. ?
Some people are offend by my comments , mostly women because the comments are sexist. i just want to change. all i want is for men and women to be equal
and i want to change

There's no way to accurately asses how sexist or not your comments were if you can't say what you said. You might have said something really blatantly sexist, or you might have said something completely harmless, but you got attacked by someone with a hair trigger, or who just wanted to dump on you because you're a man.

It frankly seems to me like you are worrying too much about offending others. Maybe the problem is that you yourself are oppressed but don't realize it.

Get clear in your mind the difference between "sexist", "inadvertently offensive" and "misinterpreted as offensive".

"Men doctors are better" vs. "If a doctor prescribes something, he wants you to take it" vs. "I prefer male doctors"
