    Hi All,

This is my first time posting to any forum, let alone this one, so the reason I am here is because I am 1000% desperate to figure out this music riddle that has been plaguing me for weeks with no rest. I've been thinking so often and hard about it that has actually given me a headache. I'm hoping that if I provide enough clues all you music buffs will be able to help... Here's the deal. I was reminded of a song I used to listen to (unknown) by a band I used to love (also unknown) by the song Diversity by Family of the Year from 2:33 - 3:05. It is such a strong reminder of this music that I used to absolutely adore, and I just can't figure out who. Here are some facts:

    • I am 90% confident the band consists of two women. The vocals are 100% female, so the only thing I'm 10% unsure of is the amount of women in the band. Is likely 2 or 3, probably 2.
    • I listened to them primarily in 2009 and 2010.
    • I can see the album art in my head. It is a maroon background with a circle / oval in the center of the album, with solid color silhouettes of two women. The women have classic buns in their hair and are back to back. The silhouettes are of their neck and head. So, if you follow me, you only see the sides of their heads (and remember that they are solid color, so no details are provided). The other primary color I recall is either a dull yellow or a maize-y yellow. Leaning towards dull.
    • It's possible that the name of the album is written in Times New Roman-y type font on the front, in the same yellow color mentioned above, centered beneath the silhouettes.
    • From what I can recall, they are alternative / indie / hipster, similar to The Hush Sound, but much more of a full sound. They had a lot of building music (much like that part of Diversity by Family of the Year), with electric synthesizer type sounds filling the backgrounds of the songs. They were EXCELLENT with harmonies. Really really pretty harmonies. They had a lot of repeating elements in their music.
    • Some key words that come to mind that could possibly be song titles or primary words within lyrics: Grace/graceful, "gets better" or "get better" (as in "I will get better"), found/find.
    • I have a hunch that the name of their band starts with the word "The". I am fairly confident that they have an actual name to their band, as opposed to going by their given names.
    • They may be sisters.

PLEASE HELP! Throw out some suggestions!

Friends have guessed the following, and were wrong:

    • Tegan and Sara
    • Sleater-Kinney
    • Feist
    • Hey Monday
    • Meg and Dia
    • Automatic Love Letter
    • We are the In Crowd

Definitely the 2000's. My best guess is that an album would have been released in 2007 or 2008.
