Over the years, the Oprah Winfrey Network has encouraged it's viewers / readers to "Live their Best Life" through creating healthy & organic food choices.

Yet last month Maui Organic Farm Owner, Oprah Winfrey became "a horse of a different color."

Oprah has always been a puzzle. Until Obama came along you would have thought she was the queen of white housewives and book clubs. While she has always had a political side, it was never so polarized as when she hitched her wagon to a president. Her gesture to build a girl's school in Africa was fraught with corruption and likely caused more trouble than any help in answered. Though I admit I don't know the current status of that.

What I do remember though was that she wasn't opening any girl's schools in the US, the nation that made her. She didn't build OWN by herself. But she has come a long way since being a token newscaster in Atlanta. But, like many wealthy Americans, she crossed a line of ultimate satisfaction and the rest of us faded from existence. She is a 1% privileged American, so selling out to Monsanto should be no surprise. As she dips back down toward 5% we may see the old Oprah return. The less "uppity" one who wants another dose of white people's money. Maybe she's always been a sell-out!

I was disappointed to see the crap she pulled in Switzerland. It's hard for any of us to get one of those snooty clerks up a ladder, Oprah's not special for being black. They hate everybody.
