I had some issues with my phone yesterday. I called customer service and I must have sounded irritated... He kept asking questions that I already answered and then I just summed it up for him saying I wasn't getting service so I want a refund for my last payment... After he said he could surely do that for me, he then asked me how the weather was in California... lmao wtf.. it seemed so out of context. Is this a tactic customer service over the phone uses to try to calm people down and distract them? "Um it's hot and sunny......" I said... bad day yesterday...

ice skating rink on many of the roads out there and tough going with black ice and ice you cannot even see...so when I jog dogs it is very difficult. I must go slow and constantly be aware. ...which I am anyway...but even more so if that is possible when I am out there.

The last time I had to call a phone provider because of shitty service it ended with me telling the guy that I felt like he was bending me over and raping me up the ass. My husband said "please tell me you're on hold and you didnt actually just say that to a person" Nope. It was most definitely a person.
