What Exactly Is A Hippie And Why Am I Not One?

There abouts. Hippies were part of a movement during a point in chronological history.

 

So what about the people who still listen to Jimi Hendrix and smoke pot and do acid all day? What are they?

What if they live in the forest and get into "cuddle puddles" on cold nights while they wait for their supply of hallucinogen precursor chemicals to arrive from some half-homo sexual dork who thinks he's cool because he rides a motorcycle?

Yea I've done it about 1000 times. Done a lot of mushrooms too. No, I've seen a lot of them. Wasn't just that one. And the guy that wanted to sit on my lap wasn't a Rainbow guy.

But I also knew Rainbow guys that said they get into "cuddle puddles" on cold nights in the woods.

Why on Earth would I want to do that?

 

I can say for a fact there is not a single hippie/hippy on this site.

 

So then what brings people here? What brought me here was when I used to do a bunch of acid in 2008 was when I first heard of it.

 

Hippie is just another broad spectrum label trying to encapsulate a large number of people into a specific subculture like emo, hipster, yuppie or redneck. I looked like a hippy then I cut my hair and looked like I was in the Army. It was kind of funny how people treated me differently after I cut my hair and shaved my beard like I was a completely different person when the only thing that changed was the length of my hair and beard.

 

So if rednecks watch NASCAR and drink cheap beer. What do hippies do? Drugs and "nature" stuff?
