There is a wide selection of FleshLight Inserts. I recently had to get a new one after my old one finally wore out. I got the Vortex, because of how fancy it looked, but was disappointed. The heavy texturing seems to flatten out & become smooth during usage. The first one I had was the original (before they had any textures). Then I bought a Speed Bump insert, which didn't seem that different, to be honest. Then, about a year later & bought a couple of spare inserts - The Wonder Wave (excellent) & Super Ribbed (better still). These are the 2 I would recommend most of all. Don't go for those that LOOK impressive. When it boils down to it, it's how it feels. If you look at the fancy ones, you'll see that they all have larger nodes, which you think are going to have a better effect, but the actual fact is that these larger nodes flatten out easier, thus cancelling any effect you might imagine them to have. The finer patternings are the most effective by far. In my opinion the Super Ribbed is the best. Unfortunately, it's no longer possible to buy the parts individually. You used to be able to buy separate inserts & cases to mix & match, or replace old inserts when they wore out / got damaged (as in my case). Now, however, the overall case design has changed, so the old inserts are no longer compatible, and you can only buy the units complete with the insert & case together. Most important, though - make sure to buy plenty of water based lube. The FleshLight comes with a small sachet of lube, but that sachet isn't enough even for one session. Personally I get the bottles of Super Silk. They're cheap & come in handy dispenser bottles - plus you can top them up with a little bit of water when you're running low so as to eke it out that little bit further.
