    the corps of henry kissenger? oh hell, how about karl rove, donald rumsfield and dick cheney? or the koke brothers.
    since its military, wouldn't that be like the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, or something like that?

    and since its mission was supposedly so all that secret, how do YOU know it WASN'T maned?

    maybe james bond went up in it, and kicked oddjob and jaws out the hatch once it reached orbital velocity.
