Would it bother you to use a dildo or other sex toy that someone else has used or does it not matter as long as it has been cleaned? Like if you start dating or hooking up with someone new and they whip out a dildo or vibrator or something they want to use on you what would you think?
Women accept a penis that has been in other women (and men??) men are willing to put their penis into vaginas that have dallied elsewhere ..... what's the difference? Except maybe plastic can be cleaned more efficiently.
I prefer to use my own toys on sex partners but I clean them well. Also my collection of toys is slowly but justly being replaced by glassware toys and you just need to use hot soapy water and let it soak for a bit then dry and they're fine plus you can freeze them or heat them in water for different temperature sensations. Downside is the cost of them, I don't see the justification.
I have shared toys with 2 women in my time here on planet earth! Never been an issue for me or the other woman at the time, vaginal fluids are exchanged during oral sex, so why worry when those same fluids get exchanged via a dildo or vibrator!
New partner, new toys. More kink oriented stuff that isn't used internally? That could go either way. If it could ever have drawn blood, no, no, hell no. A painter of neoprene cuffs? Maybe. If it's my toy, used on me by someone else, but still to be used only on me, then it's MY toy. Good to go.
With the exception of my Hitachi and one particular glass butt plug I have never really had an interest in taking the toy collection with me after the relationship ends. With a new partner comes the excitement of building a new toy collection together. That being said, there have only been four guys in my life that I have gone sex toy shopping with. If a new partner were to whip out his own collection of used toys, I am certain I would be weirded out. This is probably not the case if the situation were reversed, though.
