I think whitesnake belongs in the 80s category right? Who likes them? I do! I was just listening to my Coverdale/Page cd today. Singer david coverdale from whitesnake w jimmy page playing all the guitar. The cd is great. I liked the whitesnake videos w his wife tawny kitaen starring in them. So many people bash whitesnake saying theyre led zeppelin rip offs or some nonsense like that. I dont think coverdale comes close to sounding like robert plant. I love all of the music they all do. I wish whitesnake would get back together and id buy their new music! Im pretty sure they are broken up...
I like Whitesnake, I have several CD's. David Coverdale was also a member of Deep Purple at one time.

Whitesnake lost a guitarist recently and had to replace him. They have a new CD out now called the Purple Album featuring songs from Coverdale's time in Deep Purple They also have a CD of new Whitesnake music on the way soon.
Whitesnake was one of the best shows I saw in all of 1987 They don't deserve to be lumped in with the Hair-Metal crowd the way they've been by VH1
