A girl who is new to the gay scene was told to get in contact with me from the LGBT group. I've been talking to her for three days and right now and we plan to meet tomorrow to talk but she answers my messages really quickly (compared to most people I know). Messages me for hours and asks questions like what are you up to and has just started adding xxx to her messages. I've never had a relationship myself and am pretty blind generally to advances but I think she likes me? What do you think?

It sounds like she likes you, but be careful.. she almost sounds a bit obsessive.

    not enough info..
she could just be excited to meet a new friend...
but if you like her, then why not ask her out?

I met her today and we hung out for around 3 hours. She was laughing continuously at my jokes (but everyone I know always does) but gave me no other signs, though at the end her eyes lingered on mine a little longer. The reason why I won't ask out a girl I don't know likes me or not is because I don't want to ruin a friendship if that's all it is :)

do not ask her, it will make you look so insecure abouy yourself. just imagine this scenerio, your talking and having a good time and all of a sudden you go "do you like me? (in a whiny little bitch voice, like your a dog asking for a bone)." its a vibe killer. makes you look like your asking for something. makes you look like your not sure of yoursefl. makes it super obvious that you dont know how to deal with a girl whos sending you signals.

my advice is just to assume that she likes you. also, there are other ways to know if she likes you without verbally asking. remember that communication is only 10 percent verbal and 90 percent body language. you can easily tell if a girl likes you by the way she acts when you get very close to her. or when you touch her hand. or when you give her a hug. or when you look deep into her eyes.

if she flinches or tries to put space between you or acts uncomfortable in any way, then she probably doesnt like you (yet, lol). if she is comfortable and looks like she is enjoying your touch, then thats a pretty clear sign that she likes you. next time you see her try holding her and giving her an innocent little peck on the cheek and see how she reacts.

Another thing to do is google "body language".. check more than one site and see if she does any of the things that indicates an interest in you.

I can make the comment that sometimes friendliness can be mistaken as flirting.

Also, sometimes people flirt but don't want to go further.

I'd start sending her hand gesture emoticons but as the black person and see what she says lol.

I always send my friends the black people faces and emoticons or I'll send two black middle fingers and ask hey did you get the two black birds I sent this morning? :tearsofjoy: all sorts of lolz
