If you want a man's perspective, I would say don't get too rhythmic. Mix it up a bit with deep sucking, working on the head (especially just underneath), work your hands, cup his balls.

Gagging isn't very comfortable for me at all and I don't like doing it so the guys that like to push themselves in further get tiring fast.
