I tell ya..... I dont like eating anymore to be very frank on the matter!!!

Everything is crap compared to what it used to be..... Ya cook Pasta on the stove or in the oven AND SOME OF THE NOODLES DO NOT COOK ALL THE WAY! - Its disgusting!!!!

This didnt ever used to happen before 2 years ago!!!!

Stuff keeps getting worse, worse and worse!!!!!!!!

I made some mac and cheese an hour or so ago and MANY OF THE NOODLES were 1/2 cooked!! (Ya cant leave the whole thing on the stove as the noodles cooking properly WOULD THEN BE OVER COOKED!!)

You guys just dont know how disgusted I am @ what this world has become.... A cheap piece of trash!!!!!!! (I cant stand all the garbage now, etc)

I had some Clear value mac and cheese this morning and this time I let it boil longer and although the noodles were over cooked a bit, there was STILL a few noodles that were not cooked all the way!!!

I DIDNT EVER HAVE THAT PROBLEM WHEN I FIRST STARTED BUYING IT @ PRICE CHOPPER.... Sadly those idiots got rid of it and I had to find it elsewhere, thats when I started noticing it!! (With that product anyway)

Make it yourself yeah then you can add bacon and shit to it. I've never had a problem with pasta not cooking. Wait.. I've never heard my missus complain about it :) so I've never had a problem with it.

With all the disgusting ingredients and gmo's in regular brands (not to mention off brands), better to look for sales with foods from the natural/organic foods sections or stores. You pay a little more (or not... you can buy stuff on sale... I never pay full price for my food...then again I have an employee co-up thru natural food company BUT I also find discontinued stuff @ reg grocery natural/organic all the time...) but in addition to actually having ingredients that count as FOOD.... they taste SO much better!

You're buying cheap, processed mac and cheese, what do you expect?

Eat whole foods, grown locally. You can't go wrong with that
You can even make your own pasta, although I've never tried. I've never had a problem with store bought pasta though. I dont buy the kind with processed cheese, I just buy pasta and make my own cheese/sauce and it always turns out fine

Maybe its your stove? If the burner is old and heating unevenly that could explain why your pasta is cooking unevenly

I only use Kraft mac and cheese. On sale most of the time around here.

And for spaghetti noodles, I only use American Beauty Vermicelli.

    Perfect every time. :2thumbsup:

But as others pointed out, if you make your own you can add bacon, real bacon

Although i know the kraft mac and cheese you are talking about, was like powdered concentrated cheetos, hard to re-create that with real cheese

    PS: Talking of cheese

Last time I was in the US, 10 days, went to Red Lobster 3 nights, OMG I wish we had those here

They had this dish, sirloin I think it was, with Blue Cheese sauce, OM Freakin G, was like the best thing I've ever tasted
