I think I would start off with questions about her job or her favorite foods, music, movies, etc...

Unless I didn't want a second date. Then I would ask the sex survey questions.

l think asking questions is a good idea, but your questions would just make it quickly clear to me you aren't my type of man. As much as l love talking about sex, your choice is about extremes, as if sex was all about seeking cheap thrills.

 

seriously, on a first date, I would walk out on question one. I would not even trust the person to give me a ride home nor would I ever go out with them again. Yes prior to sex you need to know things about your partners past (ONLY enough to be sure of safety) but try not to treat me like I am just a sex object. Once some sort of trust is established further discussion can occur - but some of those are just not going to be answered.
