Baltimore is pretty much to heroin what Weed is to Amsterdam. But your right it is no good. I have never used H but in my more reckless days I played with Oxys/fentanyl. My friends dad has a cabnit full of pain killers and we would bring the weed he would give me a handful of pills and let me pick.

You don't think it's the same as H because it's a prescription med but it is. I got the same withdrawals, not super bad because I saw what was happening but definitely enough to stop.

Yea. if you know where to get good shit, good shit is everywhere. For me Philly and Jersey stuff is better than Bmore stuff but a lot of ppl like Bmore better.. it's weird.both are good...but even the small towns around here (1.5 hrs from philly) are loaded w philly and jersey stuff...annnd

I used to live @- moved about 4 years ago... my ex dealer (im an ex-user) lives at... well, I had gone there and .. long story short.. someone's pet that was named sumthin like swim got beat. money goone. and someone's pet named swim had, within 3 mins of being beat... have ppl they never saw nearby, ended up talkin to them and told them what happened n just so happened pet named swim ended up goin to a house that they saw a few other ppl who ran for them go into to get some opanas and THEN swim or pet named swim went to dudes house that ran and like 30 ppl were in there w stations w cotton and all that. NEWAYS...

Yes, I know pet named swim got opanas and not dope but there was dope there too. so, point is..more people do it. good shit's everywhere and the amount of addicts are going up.

These days, I wish I didn't have the knowledge which enables me to respond to this question, but ultimately it is (as always) who you know, as opposed to where you live.

Philadelphia PA (and in particular, the N.E. neighborhood named Kensington) is, to my understanding, home to among the countries largest open-air heroin markets. It is a massive stretch of ruined residential property (of which a disturbing percentage of homes are entirely abandoned) that generally begins at Somerset Station and goes to the river, with ground zero occupying the area between Lehigh and Erie and Frankford to 5th; the blocks with the highest volume traffic would be in the squared-off section involving B St, Cambria, Tioga, 2nd St, Indiana &c - it's literally a few-square blocks radius epicenter and the heat there can be graphed as a bell curve in response to the pushing, as the police from that district (although generally present 24/7) move in according to a regulated schedule, which no doubt implies corruption at the top (while at the bottom, there is only the most pathetic attempt at hiding it).

If you were to get off at Somerset Station and walk due east, you'd be in the 'badlands' (it's endearing nickname) in a few brief moments, and up until recently you couldn't even step off the subway without being harassed by a throng of dealers, whether you went with the intention of buying or not, although I understand that it's been cut back a few blocks due to a rise in raids. It's been a long time since I've found myself in that wasteland and I certainly do not intend to ever go back; the amount of lives I've seen lost to the convenience and purity taken for granted in that neighborhood are disgustingly numerous.

The dope sold there is brought in by Mexicans, and it is taken from bulk sales re-routed through CA and NYC after crossing the border. What compels so many big time dealers (and, most curious of all, the d-boys themselves) to abstain from cutting the product is a vast mystery, and overdoses are as common occurrence as there as shoplifting. It is not only sold directly on the street, which is the way most people get it, but is also sold out of bodegas and Chinese fast-foot corner stores; as you'd go up to a glass window to buy cigarettes and lottery tickets, having already handed the money off to somebody down the block, your drugs are picked up through the flips down box for you to put money and receive purchases. It is also sold out of the abandoned homes (which are also used heavily by homeless or impatient addicts to shoot up and disappear for a few hours), from rolled down car windows, from bums who are paid to carry under observation, from alleyway's, &c. Much of it goes on 24/7 and within proximity of school zones, with shift changes that correspond to school arrival and departure times as well as police shift changes. It is unreal, to think that something like this goes on and has been going on for decades, getting worse with every passing day, and the police treat it as target practice.

 

I'd like to also politely ask that nobody PM me for information, I don't use it anymore and have been trying to fully abstain and forget all about it for far too long. I posted that information for clarity and awareness; I am not going to tell you what stamps are banging and to which block they are assigned, or even what time of day to go. So again, please, don't ask.

When I first heard about the new laws regarding pills, right away I knew the state was making a very bad decision, as all the pill heads will go right to H if they cant get pills, and once they find out how much better H is versus most types of pain pills, they are stuck for life.

I would have thought the state would rather deal with pill heads rather than junkies, but I guess not LOL

I am truly hoping H becomes legal one day here in the US. I have a feeling it has a good chance, before any of you laugh, think back to the late 80s and 90s, and how bad everyone thought pot was, but now in 2013, it is virtually on the cusp of becoming legal in alot of states...if you had even suggested legalizing pot back then, people would laugh, but turns out, that is whats happening.

Plus, the state knows they are going to have huge numbers of people addicted to H, so eventually (and that is the key word here), they may be forced to make it legal. I hope so anyway

 

Baltimore dope is pretty damn good. Slightly off white powder $10 worth will be plenty if you get some raw in the hood, too much if you don't have a tolerance. Go around Prestman/Calhoun st and you can buy crack on one side of the street and smack on the other. You can also buy syringes and cookers that come in a sealed plastic package.

 

Hi all in new to the forum just wanted to give a shout out to everyone.. I am a user live 15 miles from dc so I have some good connects., my question to everyone is over heard the quality has gone way down because of the police presence being the largest in the nation. The only big thing now is pcp cause it's so easy to move and hide. What do you guys think?

 

From what I hear, PCP has always been pretty popular in D.C.

Haven't used any dope in a while, these days it's something I'll indulge in once or twice a year maybe for a few days at a time or a week when I do. The most recent shit I had was a few months ago, some stuff I got in Washington heights, NY. It was pretty decent .. Took it pretty light on the dose so a $70 bund lasted me a week to a week and a half. It easily dissolved, a few little grains turned brownish and tarry looking when they went into the cooker and everything broke down quickly and easily with a bit of heat and stirring.
