What is your thought on women with long labia?

My genitals are long. My labia minora protrude beyond the labia majora quite a bit, and I have a somewhat long clitoris as well. I've never considered it a problem.
My daughter told me the other day that she felt embarrassed about the way her vulva looked because of a comment from a classmate when they were changing after gym class.
We have changed together many times in the past and she has seen that my vulva is just like hers. I know my husband likes it and I told her that.
I would like to know what you people think about long labia and clitoris.

I agree with the above poster. One of the girls I dated in high school had a generous endowment in the labia minora and clitoris department, and I enjoyed that aspect of our relationship very much. Tell your daughter that she should not be concerned about the opinions of her jealous, less endowed classmates. Their opinions are not the ones that count!

Like so much these days, the "fashion police" are often the arbiters of what is right and what is "unacceptable."
And vulval/labial appearance is one of those areas.
Just read about the number of young women - many in their teens who are having labial re-adjustment because of peer pressure and self image.
(sadly, with the ease of access of porn, girls think they should look like that!)

It's very easy to say to your daughter that she's normal - all us older girls know that there is a wide variation in labial shape: the truth is peer pressure and her own thoughts are far stronger. If they weren't, anorexia for instance wouldn't exist.
Reassure her, tell her she's beautiful, but, please, be aware of any signs of real dissatisfaction.

I was the other way round. I started to enter puberty long before anyone else, so although having the largest penis among my peers may have been an asset, I felt a freak about having all that hair around there, so I made sure to keep it all shaved until some of the others also started to develop pubes. A few years later, by the time I was 13 - 14, just as with the hairs on my head & beard (yes - results of hormonal imbalance) they started to go grey, so I returned to shaving them - a practice I've continued to this day.

 

I find large labia to be very sexy. But really individual parts don't really matter that much, it is the person that really matters, that is the connection. All the pleasure and joy of sex really springs from the connection with the person and not a measurement of some physical attribute. At least for me. It is a shame that your daughter is now self concious after the comment from her classmate.

I myself have a labia that protrudes out slightly and it bothered me when i was younger. But i found out that most men dig it. I have small lips but when stimulated and become very aroused it sticks out all the more and that lets my man know he is doing a great job.
