I do now. Maybe gun laws can work in some places. But I don't think that is a possibility in America. With gun production and shipment being so heavy here, and the cartels and gangs having access to other nations and things from over seas. If you make laws against guns, the only people left with guns are criminals. And some of them are only criminals because they want to keep there guns after the law change.
Why does it have to go to extremes? Why does gun regulation have to be the same as banning all guns. They're not banned here.
Because that is what it will turn into. We already can't have assault rifles, and bullets are expensive as fuck, AND we have to wait like 2 weeks to get guns... What else could they regulate? This is AMERICA, we are supposed to be able to walk through the streets, bearing guns.
and if no one were making guns, and everyone had instead a way (or several) they could stop each other, without a high probability of killing or seriously injuring them, how would THAT be such a terrible thing? its not as if we couldn't develop such technologies, and further improve upon those which come close to approximating that objective. IF that were what there were more of an incentive for, instead of a cultural incentive for looking for ways to make excuses for killing each other.
