He got acquitted of murdering an unarmed kid isn't that enough? It doesn't matter how he was portrayed, he was found not guilty time to move on with his life. Atleast he made it into adulthood, someone else did not. I say cut his losses, count his blessings and move toward a new chapter in his life.
I think that his point is that the media's portrayal of him (accomplished through less than ethical means, apparently) is what gives you that attitude.
Of course he should sue NBC for this. That NBC editing played a part in blowing up race with this by making it seem like Zimmerman's focus on Trayvon that night was simply racial profiling on his part.
Yeah, msnbc did pretty much say this WAS a white guy profiling a black teenager without having any real facts or proof of that.... I doubt it would hurt NBC though much even if he did win...
He knows that a lot of people don't believe he's innocent, he knows full well that he's not innocent, after all he was there. So he's trying really hard to "prove it" like a liar does when they keep adding to their story. I also believe that Casey Anthony and OJ Simpson got away with murder.
With OJ karma is a bitch.... he got WAAAYYY more time for a robbery (of his own stuff, btw) than anyone else would have.... So, that kinda came back to him at least...
Hey, I think the guy got away with murder; but NBC still shouldn't get away with making him look more racist. Shame the dude's gonna end up getting paid for murdering a shady teenager with munchies, though.
on this i'm still on the side of- the media tried to divide and district by turning this into a race war when there is no proof this was (or wasn't racially motivated) and that GZ was morally wrong, but not legally wrong.
