Not going this year. I hated the terrain of Legend valley. The music is always top notch but the festival grounds made me switch. Have fun to anyone that can go! Check out UV Hippo. They are a sweet jam band from MI and I've seen them around here quite a bit. Be sure to post some cool stories!

had an amazing time. that pretty lights shakedown was dope. met so many new people. was like living in a dream. was some serious magic in the air. one of my favorite furthur shows. my happiness, joy, and thankfulness are beyond words.
Me too! It was a blast despite the fact it was the least attended All Good I've be to. I enjoyed not being over packed. We had a great camp spot and a headie crew. Furthur's second set was one of the best I've seen. Pretty lights killed it. Yonder was on point... too many highlights to name! allgood times Furthur's set http://archive.org/details/furthur2013-07-20.akg_c1000s lettus' set http://archive.org/details/lettuce2013-07-18.akg_c1000s STS9's set http://archive.org/details/sts92013-07-19.mk41.lb.m10.flac16 Papadosio's set http://archive.org/details/papadosio2013-07-18.mk41.lb.m10.flac16 Yonder Mountain String Band's set http://archive.org/details/ymsb2013-07-18.mk41.lb.m10.flac16 Grace Potter's set http://archive.org/details/gpn2013-07-20.mk41.lb.m10.flac16 John Butler's set http://archive.org/details/jbt2013-07-19.mk4.lb.m10.flac16 Kung Fu's set http://archive.org/details/kungfu2013-07-19.mk241_16bit The Bridge's set http://archive.org/details/bridge2013-07-19.mk41.lb.m10.flac16
by the end of the fest i got to know alot of our neighbors, and everyone even stomped it out at north miss allstars together on sunday as one big community. it feels like the magic in the air at allgood followed me back home. some great, great stuff happening the last few days. prolly my favorite yonder set out of any of the yonder shows at allgood i've been to. check out 'at the end of the day' 'new deal train' 'rag doll' first time hearing all 3 of these songs in front row on acid OMFG. hmmm i kind of just thought the whole night was awesome, but yea i guess that furthur's second set does have special significance. love the good lovin > setbreak > feel like a stranger. some people got married down in the crowd during the furthur show, i think it was in the setbreak but i can't remember exactly when. it seemed like they were for real, besides that would be a shitty joke. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g4wiKnPKr50"]Yonder Mountain String Band - New Deal Train - YouTube couldn't find a youtube of this song live at allgood.

Yeah it was such a good time! I wish All Good came more than once a year The whole furthur set was amazing; well as you said, that whole night was awesome. But the way they took off after that Feel like a Stranger... the Dark Star was the best I've seen performed live, it was fast paced and explorative. And that Saint Stephen was great, loved how Phil just took it to hyper jam speed. And that stella blue... oh that beautiful stella blue. Our crew had a moment with stella... Into a Scarlet begonias and Lovelight!?! Grace Potter blew my mind when she came out and sang Lovelight with the band. Total babe with a great voice. That was my 31st furthur show and it was everything I hope to see in a show. Including a killer Brokedown encore. Yonder was a great time too. I can't say it topped the last time I saw them play at Marvin's Mountaintop, but it was still great in its own light. They were on a crazy, wild level. The way they are able to change the soundscapes using pure strings and talent never ceases to amaze me. I like all the songs you referenced, especially rag doll. Also loved the "Two hits and the Joint turned brown" haha GOOD TIMES!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wyBJDRqL8x8"]Yonder Mtn. my second furthur dark star i have a little trouble with them honestly. i mean it doesn't sound anything like a dark star from the 69 era. the groovin definitely slowed down during some of those spacey parts, although it was cool because i was tripping really hard. a hard choice. the dark star was nice though. IMO, songs like dark star and motm, while cool, are better kept on the shelf. other one was smokin, although bobby flubbed the vocals around spanish lady. stephen is always good. LOVED the scarlet begs at the end. the music was so heavy that jeff hardly got a chance to let out a piano solo. but he managed to let loose a little bit during this song.
