so I've always been into music like The Beatles and Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd since I was a little kid, but as of recent times, I kinda stopped on that path and headed down the path of the metal > I've listened to nothing but metal for the past little bit and I was curious if anyone had any suggestions on bands for me to check out?? something peaceful that I can smoke a bowl to. new or old, either way. and no technoey stuff, please?? Just clicked on that link and so I, the witchfinter on top of the list... Awesome! That song and the whole album is so deliciously evil! All of my flatmates got addicted to it at some point, no matter if they were punks or prog rockers I'll check the Earthless tour as well... Would be really nice to see them live.

Primus - Antipop was always one of my favorites growing up. Not exactly chillout type, I guess it could be, it's got some killer basslines and interesting lyrics. I've got tons of more jamband type recommendations. I wasn't really a big fan of metal and alternative rock for too long. Megadeth was a fun one for a while there.
