My seed starts

    with all of the problem plants i had the soil was still damp.

    i've noticed that plants i start indoors that get very little (but enough) light will deteriorate instantly if i start throwing them outside in full sun. you might need to harden them off. if you don't condition them to outdoor conditions - gradually more light, less waterings, and colder temperatures, they will suffer as soon as you put them outside. if seedlings start getting many hours more sunlight than they're used to they can fry
