    I'm excited!
A group called the Awesome Foundation gave us money to help fund a My Terrace Farmer outside the HUB office in Boulder, CO.

I thought other gardeners would appreciate some tinkering getting successful.
Now, to get a media campaign rolling....and head off to NYC and Chicago for the Green Festivals this spring.

Not bad for a gal who uses 5 gallon buckets for most plants.
Solar powered intelligent greenhouse for urban use. Balconies and the like.

    Thanks... Please like it.
We are gearing up for trade shows and a kickstarter campaign, and I need all the support I can get.

It's weird for a woman who has run small market gardens, used community plots, planted in 5 gal buckets, all as a renter, to focus on a small greenhouse.
But having lived in a 300 SF apartment, I get why the idea has legs.

If you happen to be in Colorado, for Frozen Dead Guy Days in Nederland, CO, we will have a unit on display by the polar plunge.
    Sadly, I won't be there.

I have already "Liked" the My Terrace Farmer Facebook page and I "Share" almost everything from it. The My Terrace Farmer Facebook page [http://www.************/MyTerraceFarmer] has already enlightened me to other very good Pages too.

General Tip: Good source for 5 gallon buckets are small bakeries, [cakes, cupcakes, etc.]. Many use frozen eggs that come in 5 gallon, very strong buckets that are made from "food grade" plastic. They should be free and if not re-used they go to the dump.

    Oooh! That is SO exciting!!!

Solar greenhouses on balconies... hmm... must run over to Facebook! I'm haunting local hardware-store ads for a sale on decking RIGHT NOW for my 2013 deck-garden and this would be an amazing concept for us!

Oy. Back from the New York City Green Festival. Lots of action pics of me on the FB page. I'm the redhead.

Lots of good feedback from the people with some small yards, too.

I'm in Denver to demo it during the opening of a new light rail line.
So, if you are in Denver, come out. Saturday to the Wadsworth station and park and ride, Wadsworth at 13th and check it out.
