You can get a 20 sack...yes you can call it a dub. The actual weight of it however would depend on if it's some loud or some reggie.
$20 would get you 1/8 of high grade or real close to 1/8 in my town. But like others have said it depends on the quality of the weed. Don't ask for drugs by an amount of money unless you really trust the guy or are familiar with what you get from him. Ask for a weight, like how much for a gram, or 1/8th.
