To my knowledge, it's never happened for me. I always make sure she comes first and often. I usually focus on her pleasure, knowing that my pleasure will come from seeing and hearing her satisfaction. However, if, for some reason, she wasn't satisfied, I would have no problem with her finishing things off. I'd want to be a willing participant in that activity, though.
