between 0.65 and 1.125% ... unless it's right in front of me, and even then if my eyes are glued to a computer screen spangled with pretty green text in my favorite monospaced font pretty much nothing can break my focus. It's somewhat like unraveling a tangled ball of yarn, if I break away for even a second I'll lose my progress and have to start over with the unraveling.

Non stop or enough to concern me the same as you. I had this problem and realised some peoples hobbies are sport, art, mine was sex.
I advise go to the gym and work sex muscles like abs obliques legs but arms. It will kill time and help in the bedroom. Also write a diary getting it out can help relieve stress or use this site.
