Take Vinny Binny for example...

A suicide would be his something. His last resort to do it would be to buy an airplane ticket... Then in flight, a point when they've taken off the seat belts, he goes to the rear exit door of the plane and opens it to get sucked right out. This'll be called falling to your death from a high altitude. He'd be free like a bird in no time soon enough. His choice of airline would be, say, Delta, lets say. He has always liked Delta for some reason, even though he hates flying and is afraid of heights. But one must overcome their fears when suicidal. lol at how I could easily fit into Vinny Binny's shoes. I'd just not look down on the way down if I went that route.
