I'm very happy in my job I have now. I get met / talk to a lot of people from all walks of life. I like going to work & socialising with my friends there & others that work there as well. I have some great relationships with some of those I work with daily or when they are on my shifts. We know each other very well & share our problems with or talk about other things & sexual topics as well & they (sex talk) comes up very often!

The doggy position may stimulate the bowels and promote gas release. But then so would many other positions. Fart happens.

Push-ups work your chest muscles. MY chest hurts after a chest day. In intermediate to advanced weightlifting/muscle training, you do isolation workouts. So you work, for example, your chest and triceps one day and your biceps and lats/shoulders the next day, or whatever to maximize muscle gain since your muscles need 48 to 72 hour recuperation period after each session. During such recuperation periods, your body attempts to repair the micro-tears in your muscles that were caused by the workouts, thus developing more muscle mass. The muscle pain occurs as the result of these micro-tears. It's supposed to happen.

 

When I was like 12 or so, I was constantly peeping on my older sister. When she ratted me out to our parents, she said that I was just being curious, but lately, I've been thinking a lot about it, and I don't think it was curiosity. Since I was about 11, I have been a Prince fan..pretty much listening to his music more than any other, by far. I think the emotions you felt are far more common than people let on. It is considered wrong----incest----and so we repress such events from childhood into our shadow within our subconscious. This is why people, especially younger people, get so defensive when you mention, suggest, or joke about incest. The more vocal or defensive they are, the more you can tell it is a part of their shadow. I find it more amusing at people's reactions and what they are indicating about themselves than the actual joke or comment about incest.

We are all human beings with natural urges. There are moral, ethical, and genetic reasons against incest (but there are also those cultures where incestual elements exist). We should not be ashamed of our natural feelings. I am not suggesting that one should engage in incestual relations (nor would I condemn someone that did----I am a hippy after all. I don't judge). I am just saying that one should not be ashamed over such feelings. That is what leads to repression, which can lead to hang ups, shadow projections, etc.

 

Speaking of incest...I remember I had two friends who lived next door to me when I was around 7 years old, a brother and a sister which were around the same age. It was a motel but a lot of the people in the neighborhood lived there (paid rent by the week) long term. The landlord sometimes wouldn't bother to check if the tenants locked the door after themselves when they left so sometimes we'd all go play in the abandoned rooms.
