I believe there's some bigger force that we can't see within everything. I don't think there's specifically a singular being that has created everything. I don't know if that's any specific religion, if so I haven't found it yet.

I guess I would have to refer to myself as an Atheist although I really don't like to think of it this way for some reason. I invest my beliefs to the creation of the universe to cosmic evolution. Carl Sagan says it best. To me though science has torn so many holes in everything religious truths just took for granted all those years before man did things like discover the atom.

Although I am completely satisfied in my life without god I do still thoroughly enjoy delving into religious texts and philosophy in my spare time. I just feel that you can still be a spiritual person without believing in a creator. But when it comes down to it I think religion has had more negative effects of mankind than positive.

One of my favorite sayings that I picked up from a friend goes like this:

"God is the universe, the universe is matter, you are matter, so you are God."

I just try to be a good man. Friend to puppies and children.

I don't particularly prescribe to anything that'd beyond measure. If there is a god, I hope he's happy that I'm a good person. If not, I just hope to be a good person.

I practice the teachings of christ not because of a belief in god. I have believed many things about god, that god is this or god is that, or god is not at all. I practice them because based on my experience, they contribute to the world the following resources,

peace on earth and good will toward men.

I belong to the only faith that has never started a fight, let alone a war. The only faith that discriminates against no-one. The only faith that has never caused a single iota of harm. The only faith that tolerates all other belief systems equally.

It's called indifferentism. If you want to know more, I'm sorry but you're already showing too much interest to be one of us. Our meetings are never held; any attendance at one results in immediate expulsion. There are no core values, and never will be.

Most importantly, no-one tells anyone how to think...........

i would normally say what religion i am a part of but there are some good posts here, i am a mormon for the time being, i agree with the fact that we dont necessarily need religion to be spiritual, but it is there for a benefit i believe too. so what does that make me? part -time believer? full-time ass hole? i dont know anymore, i believe in whatever i want to believe and that changes throughout time *shrugs* i dont know anymore or less than the next person does.im just me, a survivor of deathand life

ive heard from a very reliable source that wicca is kinda 'new age' an watered down compared to old skool indiginous beleifs?
But i guess its a case of whatever floats ones boat at the end of the day, but i would say in this modern culture we have lost much of what we once new.
    Damn them romans i say.:(
