Question about generic vicodin? /hydrocodone

I know someone with I guess pink oval pills with V and 3600, supposedly theyre 10mg hydrocodone/ 500mg acetaminophen (says google)

What is the street value? He just wants to get rid of them and said that online it said $1/1mg but he would get rid of them for $5 each...

whats the difference between generic and "vicodin" if its the same drug what does the maker matter?

 

usually with opiates, especially generics, people will sell them at 50 cents a mg. which is why hes selling his generic hydro 10s for 5 a pop

Oxycodone in the "old OC" OxyContin formulation used to go for $1/mg, but that price is insanely inflated for Hydrocodone. I would never pay more (granted I am out of the scene now) than $0.50/mg for Hydrocodone. Therefore, the "Best" Hydrocodone pill (The Norco 10mg/325mg APAP formulation and its generics) would fetch $5.00.

Only an idiot would pay less for generics that come from legitimate FDA-utilized pharm. companies like TEVA, etc.
