We just got 4" of rain reciently here on the central west coast. That's a lot by any standard...my outpost/camp got floated up as the water got higher. What the notable thing about it is that the sound of thunder- not just a little thunder- but L-O-A-D-S of really heavy rumblings. Not your typical weather event. Four inches of rain is really good for trees, yes; but Some wildflowers pulled through and are blooming now... Point is, is that we humans really ought to heed the sound of Nature- deep rumblings are caused...not just an occurance of normal everyday weather. It's like pay attention- John H. in Florida
