I'm sorry to hear your having a bad day. What happened?

I didn't have a bad day although I have had a painful day. I went to the Chiropractor for my first time today. My back has been bothering me for weeks. I found out today I have a mild case of Scoliosis. I also have one leg a lil' shorter than the other. I'm out of alignment.

I go back in two weeks to see what my x-ray's said. I have a few things I need to do for myself to make my pain less or more manageable.

I hope tomorrow is a better day for you and for everyone else on here that had a bad day.
