Well looks like I'm Sisko's only fan on here. He had a very cool underlying aggression, and wasn't afraid to step over the line should he have too.

Janeway's voice has to be one of the most annoying on TV, and she was to much of a mother hen.

Picard for sure. I definitely liked Kirk, but Picard seemed to possess the most wisdom. He was willing to take chances like Kirk, but they weren't quite as blind and emotional.

Mainly for the originality of the character
(And lest we forget, the first TV inter-racial kiss)

Picard definitely. I admire his artistic character mostly.

Voyager was a horrific series. It always amazes me watching it how promising I thought it was when it first came out. The first few episodes were decent but after that... just terrible. Awful characters - why did they have to choose all americans? This is set after TNG and DS9 which both had an international crew so you'd think it'd be even more diversified. Janeway, Torres, Neelix were all incredibly annoying, Tuvok was just dull shell of what a vulcan should be, Paris and Kim shallow prep boy/shy boy stereotypes. Chakotay might have been interesting but he turned out too much of a goody-goody. What happened to the complexity of the previous series we will never know.

I loved the newer star trek with Piccard way more then the original. Data should totally be listed he had captained the whole ship numerous times... he was one of my favorite chartacters. I also love Worf getting denied lol >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=edflm7Hh3hs"]Worf gets DENIED again and again on Star Trek TNG. - YouTube
