    Understanding and learning the American tax code...

    A class like this could save many people a lot of anxiody and money, each and every year...

    What you are proposing is a full time job.
    I did a season of tax preparation at Jackwon-Hewitt, and trust me, it's a lot of stuff to know.

    Maybe one could simplify it and start with like 'terms' or 'forms' and or 'deadlines'...

    Basic stuff I guess...to get over that initial fear...

    Use Quicken or Microsoft money to track your income/expenses print that and take it to an accountant.
