hi te question is pretty self explaniary, what is the best time to get my hundreds of poppy seeds germinating inside so they are ready for outisides sun this year
You dont germinate poppy seeds like you do weed seeds, you have to put them directly in the soil and cover them lightly. I would suggest starting them indoors or covering them from wind while they are young because they are very delicate. You can plant them anytime, i would suggest april or early may, depending on the weather.
yea they most def do not need to germinate before goin in to soil. April is the most common month but if it is not frosting anymore March is possible. Remember, poppies have 2 growing seasons
